Our Father
Memehir Girma Wondimu, born in 1958 in Bale, Ethiopia, has been a guiding light for our church and community. From an early age, he felt a deep calling to serve God, which led him to be ordained as a deacon in 1969 by Abune Mekarios at St. Michael Church. His lifelong dedication to the Orthodox faith has been marked by a deep love for the Church, its traditions, and the spiritual well-being of his congregation. Over the years, Memehir Girma has continued to serve with wisdom, humility, and unwavering faith, offering spiritual guidance and leadership to all who seek it. His teachings and example inspire us to live a life rooted in faith, service, and devotion to God.
